Yes. Gnosis IQ is built around FERPA requirements, and every district's data is fully isolated in its own tenant — secure by architecture, not just by policy.
Does Gnosis IQ use AI, and is our student data safe?
Our rostering and outcome predictions use only our own local algorithms — no third-party AI. The optional Gnosis Assistant does use an enterprise AI model, run through Amazon Bedrock in U.S. data centers, but only after replacing student and teacher names with neutral labels and excluding check-in note text entirely. What systems does Gnosis IQ integrate with?
Clever and ClassLink for single sign-on, plus Google Classroom, PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, and SchoolTool for roster and gradebook sync. Any OneRoster-compatible SIS works, and you can always import via CSV or secure SFTP.
Do we have to change our gradebook or enter data twice?
No. Gradebook and roster data flow in automatically from your existing SIS — there is no duplicate entry and no new system for teachers to maintain.
How do students check in?
Students log quick, private emotion check-ins from their dashboard or the Gnosis IQ browser extension for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. It takes seconds and surfaces patterns before they escalate.
